The website says they are currently seeking general/corporate transcriptionists to work from home. The website has lots of “general” information. It is very light on the specifics that you would want to know, but that might be just to keep inside company information separate from their customers. That in and of itself is not unusual to keep proprietary information private. There is an email address to contact them.

To start checking, the best way I found for this particular company for a search on Google was to use the actual website name, including “.com” (you don’t need the “www.” in front of it) to bring up links with information to read. There were too just many unrelated links using the words “professional support service” alone.

Here’s the link to the Company website. This was noted on the internet on 5/5/07 – at http://professionalsupportservice.com/. There is a link on the site for employment you can click on to read their information and decide if you want to pursue checking on the opportunity presented any further.
