Disabled And Want To Work At Home Telecommuting?

If you are not already working with a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor, contact the appropriate agency in your state and ask how you can (i.e., if you are eligible) register for Vocational Rehabilitation services. NTI Central claims around 30 or more states have a business relationship with them and there is help and training for disabled workers who want to work, and need to work at home telecommuting. If your state participates, your VR counselor should be able to counsel you and let you know if this is a real and viable option.

Check out this link http://www.nticentral.org/ to read all their links about what NTI Central does and how it works. It doesn't seem to be a place where you directly sign up for work, but read what is presented at this site and then contact your appropriate state agency.

This link shows you which states are claimed to already have a business relationship with NTI: http://www.nticentral.org/vr/v0040.shtm. Regardless of whether or not your state has a business relationship with NTI Central, your VR counselor might know of other companies that hire disabled telecommuters.
